Be aware the practice has been sold. Update 3/25...I choose not to give details, just initially a 3 star advisory that the practice has been sold. Since then I have received 2 calls asking me to remove this review and to rethink if I wanted to continue being a patient. Given that I am no longer a patient. I thought long and hard about updating the review. Since info on my visit has been shared let me give some more details. YES, I did refuse x-rays I had a headache, because of that the new owner refused to examine me, fine. I was was disappointed but I see their point. I did not appreciate being talked down to and felt as if I was being bullied into a procedure I didn't want.

I can start by saying I truly had a spectacular experience at this dentist office. I had recently been seen over on 17th street at a different dentist office and ended up not being seen for almost two years after because of it. I came here and they are so friendly, very welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout the office. My appointment was for a cleaning/check up, and a couple other things related to prior orthodontics I was hoping to bring up. They listened to all concerns and did everything I needed in one appointment (which was kind of a lot) and got me in quickly for the 3 fillings I needed. Dr Baranes is so nice and did a FANTASTIC job on my fillings with truly mild to no discomfort. 10/10 stars, would absolutely recommend them. So happy I found this office, I will be coming here for years to come. :)

New forever patient here ????????‍♀️ My 5 star review starts from the time I called to make my appointment to checking out after making future appointments! They were so accommodating when I was asking about new patient appointment times. I hadn’t been into a dentist in a LONG time so I felt very embarrassed about what they my find. My dental hygienist was so nice about it all and made me feel comfortable. She continued to ask how I was doing throughout the visit and it really calmed my nerves. Dr. Baranes was funny ! I was able to get to the point of what I really wanted to take care of and he actively listened and understood. Lani was also very helpful and friendly about what my cost would look like. I appreciate an office who is financially transparent from the beginning. Again, over all 5 stars! Very well deserved! (LGBTQ friendly⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)
