0 stars if I could - Front desk staff is incredibly rude, specifically Veronica M. After waiting for 45 minutes and wondering when I would be seen because I had another appointment at 11, she told me to "just wait, you are fine" with a bad attitude. Its been an hour and counting.... Update: not able to have my appointment because equipment was broken - very poorly ran office

I can not say enough good things about our entire experience with the dental clinic. I was blown away with the warmth, kindness and compassion shown by Dr. Berman and the ENTIRE staff here to our special needs teenage son. I had been dreading him getting his wisdom teeth out for over a year and feel beyond blessed that we ended up at this clinic. Our family is so appreciative to all of you for making a scary experience go as smoothly as possible. Outstanding people!

8 months to schedule a cleaning appointment?! ... which is recommended (and covered by insurance) every 6 months... unable transfer me to a new clinic location as an established patient; that requires a new patient exam (not covered by insurance) before even scheduling a cleaning. Other reviews mention wait times - it's true. They tell you to be 20 minutes early, then make you wait 30+ minutes after your scheduled appointment. That's 50 minutes minimum in the waiting room... never waited less than that. The actual dental STAFF is incredible, they earned both stars for the review - knowledgeable yet relatable, friendly, and supportive. I panicked when I had a molar removed, and they handled my anxiety very well... even when there was an inpromptu wisdom tooth extraction involved. Smooth procedure and quick heal.
