Been calling this place since April to reschedule my appointment needing a broken tooth pulled, leaving 5+ voicemails and never getting a call back. The voicemail box is still full. Such a shame Medicaid patients are treated the WORST in Michigan!!!
This is the worst dentist ever they tell you that they will do 1/2 mouth extraction and on the day of appointment they claim there two busy and can only pull 2 then never pull any had to leave office was so disappointed
As far as the dentists go their are amazing but the receptionists do not answer the phone I've been trying since last Friday and still no answer they will put you on hold then hang up it's happened countless times but as far as answering absolutely no answer since last Friday is this happening to anyone else?
