I just finished conversation with Dr. Wilkinson receptionists, who happened to be the rudest person I spoke with in any dental offices. I'm old enough to say so. She did not let me talk, at all, and I needed to stop her and ask to let me talk a few times. I tied to set up an appointment with the doctor, but with that lady in the office, I can sense what a horrible service from the office I would go through. Avoid!

I would give this business a negative trillion stars (if that were possible!). If you're in need of endodontic work, I strongly advise staying far away. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. To make matters worse, Darlene, the front desk person, displayed the utmost level of unprofessionalism and rudeness. I had scheduled an appointment in early June 2023 to get a tooth evaluated for a root canal. Upon arrival, I was asked to fill out a new patient form, which is understandable. However, I left the SSN field blank as I am cautious about sharing my SSN when it's unnecessary. Unfortunately, Darlene insisted that I provide my full SSN, claiming it was the only way they could bill the insurance. I informed her that this wasn't true, but given her hostile tone, I decided not to argue and asked about alternative options.
