Dorsett Dentistry and Braces

RUN! I had gone here for years and every time I would get a cleaning I would also ALWAYS have cavities despite taking very good care of my teeth. The last time I was here was about a year ago, they did the cleaning and what do you know, they “found” FIVE cavities! I was nearing adulthood so my insurance was cutting it close to continue going here. Anyways, life happens and I just never got my “cavities” filled. Last week I decided it was about time to go get these FIVE cavities taken care of that I had been putting off for about a year so I make an appointment with a different dentist office in a more “adult” clinic.. He takes nearly twenty x-rays and examines my teeth and guess what. NO CAVITIES! I asked him if he was sure since Dorsett insisted I had cavities that needing filling and he shook his head, showing me my teeth x-rays and telling me my teeth were healthy, clean, and in no way needed fillings. This dentist office tried to lie to me by telling me I needed fillings when I did

DO NOT! bring your children to this FRAUDULENT!! "Dentistry"!!! They lied about my son having NINE! Cavities and needing crowns. I used to bring my sons to this Dentistry back when it was Kool Smiles and had not been back since it became Dorsett Dentistry. I was suspicious after they told me how many cavities they had found on NINE different teeth after my sons routine cleaning, so I took my son to a different dentistry for a second opinion and after several xrays and examinations they concluded that he had ZERO! Cavities!! and apparently I'm not the only one that this has happened to. These people are commiting INSURANCE FRAUD!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I've contacted our insurance carrier and informed them of this company's malpractice and false diagnosis.

I would like to thank Danyelle there at Dorset for helping my Granddaughter experience a very positive and enjoyable visit . My Granddaughter is excited every time she goes and it’s because of Danyelles way with the kids . She is a wonderful Wonderful part of your Business she just has a Great approach to Children .
