I have always enjoyed coming to Douglas Dental & Orthodontics. The receptionists and the staff have always been nice. It’s unfortunate though that this dental company had to switch plans from a PPO to a Premier Plan. What’s the difference you may ask? It all comes down to cost. I encourage everyone to review their dental plans as you could be paying for the highest dental plan through your company but may still have to pay out of pocket costs through your dentist. For example, when I had a PPO plan, all of my preventative services (normal teeth cleaning & x-rays) were covered at 100%. When Douglas Dental switched from a PPO plan to a Premier plan, it changed the cost. Cleanings cost $38 and x-rays cost $64. That doesn’t seem like a lot of money but when your whole family is covered under the plan it can be costly. Dental procedures can be expensive and if you don’t know your coverage, you can be in for a big surprise when you need an expensive procedure. Long story short, you’re paying

Best dental office for my entire family. The doctors are incredibly friendly and every staff member is so friendly! They have a room with games in the waiting area that keeps my family happy and entertained. Thank you Douglas dental! We appreciate you all so much ????

Douglas Dental & Orthodontics has to be the best dental clinic ever! I simply can’t put everything in writing how impressed I am with how they care for their patients. The quality of services is exceptional, the staff are friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. When it comes to the quality of care, the outcome of the needed care defines it. Dr. Roop is super amazing. She carefully examined my teeth and helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth and exactly what needed to be done. Likewise, Monica the dental hygienist is a super star! She is kind, patient, experienced, friendly, and professional. She did a remarkable job not only cleaning my teeth but also giving me the aftercare educational tips and information.
