Downs Dental is by far the best dental office in Hampton Roads . From the first phone call throughout the entire process they make you feel like family. Everyone there is truly a professional with the patient’s best interest at heart.
This is the place to go if you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your dental health. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and they do whatever is possible to make the patients comfortable. They're extremely detailed and informative in their procedures as well, if you've got a question, they've got the answer.
It would probably be appropriate to educate clients ahead of time what is going to be done during appt. And costs. Especially as a self pay patient. Full x-rays, oral exam, cleaning and fluoride without asking me to bring any of my stuff with me at $500 for cost? No thank you.
