Elena Ortiz at the front desk was super helpful & nice, worked with me on payments. Dr. Gail Hoffman & her team explained everything to me & answered all of my many questions about the procedure I needed. I was a little nervous & the whole staff made me feel at ease. I would recommend them to everyone & glad I was well taken care of.

No one at the front desk for 10 minutes. After acknowledging me, checked two people in and then walked away. Also forgot to give me my referral. I had to come back and get it from the doctor. The doctors and nurses that worked on me were very nice, attentive to my needs, and are worth coming back to. The doctors were very thorough on my oral health, gave me all of the options available for my needs, and were kind to my mouth and pain tolerance. The nurses were friendly and coordinated. I received smiles from everyone and was able to ask all the questions I needed. My favorite part was being asked about all my needs and options for those needs were provided.

Every interaction I’ve had at Downtown SD Modern Dentistry has been a positive one, even when dealing with a few dental issues that weren’t so fun. From my first phone call, to scheduling, to my actual cleaning and dental work itself — everyone was kind, helpful, and did a great job of explaining everything and answering my questions. I worked with Jonathan, Casey, and Dr. Kaila, and I feel like they all went above and beyond. Would recommend!
