My whole family has been w Dr. Schamback since 2005. Attention to detail, care, is of the upmost importance at this office. No nonsense get the job done so you have the best smile is the idea. There was a problem with my benefits as no one in [dentist office] ever checked with the Benefits department at my insurance. They gave be a price that I knew was incorrect and voiced my opinion to them and they looked at me as if I was crazy, suggesting I was incorrect. I informed them 10 days ahead of time about my insurance benefits I had so they should have called someone and checked on it if the computer was telling them something else, but they didn't I was very mad when I left the office and you could see it on my face but I kept my composure as I really wanted Great expression to be my new in-network dentist. I came back and showed the biller my benefit package to prove to them that I was correct. I've had dental insurance for over 20 years so I know what I'm doing I just don't go to a dentist because I'm having a problem. I go in for preventative services to avoid problems.
