Service was excellent, staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Excellent service overall.

I previously had braces placed by another provider, but was not satisfied with my treatment. I experienced the same dissatisfaction at Dr. Smith’s office. I tried the aligned trays and was not being monitored to ensure my teeth were moving properly. I made it to pretty much the end of my treatment only to find out the trays were not fitting the way they should even after being assured by staff that it was “supposed to fit that way”. Dr. Smith began to intervene at the point where trays had been misplaced because they were no longer being utilized and they were not numbered so I can know which tray was the tray I needed to go back to correct the movement of my teeth. I asked for braces because the aligners were a waste of money and was given the run around. If you want to waste your money this is the place to go!

Dr. Smith and staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to being a patient and seeing the results.
