First good experience at a dental office. Doctor saved my tooth which had a mild infection and partially chipped. All the staff was nice. Creve Couer dentistry complimented the endosontist's work and capped with a perfect ceramic crown. Requires 3-4 week wait without referral.
Dr. Polinsky & staff were great . I had my appointment for my root canal this morning and I am in no pain. The process was fairly quick & i truly appreciate the service received . Thankyou !
After being contacted by the dentist’s office I’m holding off on this review pending correction of my billing: Dr. Polinsky was very pleasant and capable during my visit, for a repeat root canal. The procedure was successful and I cannot say anything negative about the results. However my low rating is due to the unexpected billed amount for the procedure. When at the office for my visit I was quoted a total cost of $930, of which I paid $313 upfront. Three weeks later I received a notification of another $414 charge to my HSA account. After contacting the front office I was told the actual charge for my procedure was >$1,600, which is why I was charged more. Had this cost been explained upfront I would have made different treatment decisions. Overall I find Dr. Barry Polinsky to be a capable and friendly doctor but I can not recommend his services due to the opacity of his office’s billing practices.
