Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces

I called because of some issues, I was told to call back at 3:00 and they would pass the phone to Dr. Reddy. When I called at 3:00 I was told Dr. Reddy doesn't take calls from customers. I explained that she's spoken to me in the past several times. I had surgery and was never given a prescription for infection, only for pain. then asked what's my pharmacy I told them you have it already on file. I was given a hard time regarding my concerns. I never was able to discuss my concerns I'm seeking a new Dental group. This is long over due. Dint know why I continue going there.

I work in the medical field, and even if I did not there's something called respect and consideration for someone's time and money. These are real decisions one makes regarding their self-care, and yet these Doctors could not treat me after I was there for over an hour, because no one wanted to put their license on the line in order to numb me, the supposed professionals we are supposed to trust with our care in the community, even suggested I try procedure without numbing me, this is after they had change the date on me, after thorough conversations, and were not prepared at all, nor did the head Doctor come in to speak with me, yet you want to open practices in our community and take our money. I wish this did not have to reflect on the office staff which were helpful and seemed embarrassed, Companies like this should not have a home in our community, nor should they be listed as providers for Access Health.

I made an appointment with the dentist office manager whom was extremely rude & gave me nothing sooner even though I complained calling constantly for days..I waited two weeks to be seen by the dentist..I went to the dentist appointment with a severe pain in my lower right teeth/jaw...Was seen briefly by a female dentist, told to open wide, she looked in my mouth with her light and a metal tool she used..Dentist said she saw nothing that could be causing me severe pain in my mouth and sent me to the front desk to make an appointment for the next month for a follow up...I asked if she can do an X-ray to see if maybe a filling was cracked, I had seen piece of what looked like a filling come out of my mouth after eating..Dentist said no it wasn't necessary to do an X-ray at this time..Long story short, the front desk Spanish woman was rude about scheduling me or seeing me later in the week as my pain was overbearing, and said no appointment for you sooner then next month because that's wh
