Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces

This place is horrible. The receptionist screens the calls, and never answers. But manages to call me a million times to remind me about appointments even after Ive confirmed them. The dentist is not kind or attentive and then calls out. They give you no options or real help for professional decisions. If you want to work with people who care about their patients, don't come here. If you have husky insurance they will treat you like a number. I've gone 2 times, and both times i knew I didn't like the experience. The third time the dentist canceled 20 mins before my appointment, and then left it on me to figure out how to reschedule. It was an emergency procedure and they couldn't have cared less. They don't even tell you the dentists' name...they say "your doctor". How impersonal is that? Awful money hungry facility. Go somewhere else.

My rating is 0 for this place. Went for a cleaning can’t believe they only tell me I need a filling and deep cleaning charging 57. No cleaning has done. They are so unprofessional. Since I step to the office that receptionist acting like she didn’t see me. if you black African don’t even bother to go they would not take care of you. They would pretend that you need deep cleaning just to not touch your mouth. Worse place ever. First and last time ????????????????

Dr Chen, the hygienist and the staff tht worked on my teeth were excellent and very kind. The front desk has poor customer svc. No one ever answers the telephone, and when they decide to, you’re on hold for too long. They offer no empathy of what’s going on with you. The front desk is poorly trained and they lack of resolution is zero. Directing customers to book on the the website, only to call them back and tell them, tht there is no availability on tht day. This is unprofessional dental office. You shouldn’t tell customers that you have too many calls coming in and tht you’re short staffed. Because of the reception staff not willing to try to offer a resolution, I permanently lost a tooth. They didn’t act quick enough and at all. I am never going back. Thank goodness I nvr gave them my Cigna Dental carrier
