Dr. Deza's Dental Office

I got braces here. And i had a bracket break and it stayed broken for over a month because “my teeth were too dirty” so it was going to break anyways if they fixed it. They than began to tell me i needed a deep clean and it was going to be a hassle because of the braces. But I didn’t know anything about braces so why wasn’t i told to get a deep clean BEFORE they put them on. Then i told the orthodontist i felt like a few of my brackets were lose, he felt them and said they were fine, when he was putting on the new bands the same brackets i said were lose popped off my teeth. I again had broken brackets for 3+ weeks. I decided to just get them taken off. Even before my braces I never had a good experience here. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

My kids always look forward to going to the dentist, at Dr Deza office in Moreno Valley they are awesome, friendly and always great with my kids, my entire family has been coming here for many years.

I was skeptical about coming here do to the google reviews, my 4 year old was in so much pain the night before so I took a chance as soon as I arrived with all my stress Angie front desk was so polite and welcoming told her my situation and took us in immediately, after a night of no sleep Angie made the process and my baby day so easy going and great, staff is super friendly and made our horrible ordeal so pleasant. Thank you Angie you are so great at what you do we definitely need more people like you in this type of positions.
