Dr. Dimitri Perdikis, DDS

Can't speak for his west hartford office but his bristol office staff are a joke. Never answer the phone, don't seem to know what their doing. Always screw up appointments. His communication is terrible. Doesn't explain things very well. I know 6 people who had to find another dentist after all the frustration.

There are not enough stars to express my thoughts on Dr. Perdikis. From my first visit with him I knew I would like him. He explained everything before we got started, then proceeded exactly as stated. Many extractions were necessary— not pleasant. However, he was careful and as gentle as possible. Dentures were necessary and they we an exact fit from Day 1! He’s kind, gentle and has excellent chair side manner. I’m 79, and have never liked dental work. But he’s just been great. Now he also cares for my wife and my older sister. If you need a dentist, please visit Dr. Perdikis. You’ll be glad you did!

I came in for a dental cleaning last week, the lady who checked me in was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I had a great cleaning one with the hygienist Brianna, she was very professional, nice and thorough. I also got a chance to meet Dr.Perdikis, he was very informative and I appreciate the care that I was given. My first time experience at Dr.Perdikis office was very good and I give it a 5 star rating! Not to mention the office took all the proper precautions and COVID-19 guidelines!
