Dr. Helen R. Holte, DDS

I have been taking my son to Dr. Holte for a few years now. I can say that my sons teeth were jacked up and they are tremendously getting better, he is just getting his braces on. They have canceled a few appointments over the few years, and don’t like it, but I have never waited long as a patient, I say NEVER. I’m always in and out. The staff had never been rude to me. I want to say to current and potential patients, if you already go here and continue, why write bad reviews? If you don’t like it go somewhere else. For a potential patient be mature and experience the place for yourself. Too many people are negative now days, and want to destroy everything and everyone else with their negativity. A lot of times it’s patients, that are rude. Don’t let your bad experience ruin someone else’ Possible good experience❤️

The fact that we drive TWO HOURS to do this, is ridiculous enough. But, let me add they never, NEVER, call when they close. Not ever, we drive two hours to find they won’t even be open. Yet because I have missed two appointments, I got it RUBBED IN MY FACE that MY attendance record is awful. Now this got thrown at me because when I was supposed to get my braces off A MONTH AGO, they asked me if everything looked good enough and I told them I still had one hell of an overbite. But they didn’t want to fix that because it would take too long and my attendance record was garbage. But with the time period in which I was SUPPOSED to get my braces off and now, it could have been fixed. Let me remind you, one of the days that I missed, I was FIVE minuets late and they WOULD NOT take me. So, as I get scolded for their cheap CHEAP equipment being broken (I had a bracket brake while I was just sitting there, hadn’t even ate anything yet) and paying extra money OUT OF POCKET for their garbage, I h

We took my granddaughter there and they put braces on her teeth and within 30 she had nothing to eat or drink her braces started falling off. Went straight back and said they couldn't doing anything right now had to make another app to fix them. That app was a month out. Dr. Holte and the majority of her staff are rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
