Dr. Ji-Yeon Chung, DDS

I had a broken tooth which was experiencing high sensitivity to cold and went to Dr. Chung for a root canal. The staff here is professional and efficient. They did have a problem confirming my dental savings plan initially, but they called me with the issue long before the appointment and we cleared it up. The office is easy to find and is clean. I was the only one waiting both times I came and only waited about 5 minutes, excluding filling out paperwork. Once the doctor saw me, she was clear about the procedure and the chances of success. She and the staff allowed me to take a few minutes to decide what I wanted to do before proceeding with the first half of my root canal. I completed the root canal in two visits (Dr. Chung prefers to not do it all at once) and both times, I was comfortable. The doctor ensured I experienced no pain or discomfort during the procedure. Best endodontist ever! Getting an appointment was easy. Great customer service. Very friendly staff. Dr. is very detailed in explaining the process and what the follow up care is. I have gotten about 3 root canals from her. She is definitely worth the wait.

I have to agree with others that Appointment for this place is hard to get. But It's worth the wait. Just call them during office hour and they will answer your call. My endo was painless and effective. The place is nice and clean. And the doctor and nurses are very nice too.
