This guy is a total scumbag. He teams up with other dentists in town and has them 'fix' your teeth, and then they recommend you to come to him so that he can do a root canal. Rachel Cole DDS is one of his partners. Total loser.
I was referred to Dr. Edwards for a root canal. He seemed rushed. The numbing shots were not in full effect when he started and I told him I could feel everything. He controls give more shots and seemed annoyed that I inconvenienced him. This was in 2018. The dentist who referred me took him off their referral list. Fast forward to today 2022 - I’m told I have an infection on the tooth I had the root canal on and have to pay for it all over again. Very upsetting. Update, I reached out to Dr. Edwards about this issue and his admin answered. I told him everything that happened and that I have an infection in the tooth and have to pay to have this all taken care of. Dr. Edwards never reached out to me, he had his admin employee call me and tell me that there was nothing they were going to do. He told me it was common that people come back after a year about this issue. That is a serious red flag. Save your money and your teeth. Go somewhere else.
I was referred to Dr. Edward’s as a first time root canal patient. He came in very quickly, tapped a few teeth to confirm the tooth in question as if the imaging and chart notes from my dentist wasn’t enough. Btw the 5 tooth taps he performed is considered a consultation and is $120. Anywho, he did not let any numbing cream set in and before I knew it he was coming at me with a needle to numb my mouth. I felt the sharpest pain go through my cheek and it scared me. When I told him can you give me a minute he sat there as if he were annoyed, not saying a word. The whole procedure seemed rushed, he didn’t walk me through anything. I had no idea what was going on. Absolutely no bedside manner. And then when he was finished I basically got a “all done” and he rushed out. The staff was alright, the tech seemed a little condescending. Also, side note the parking is a couple block walk to their office. They do not disclose that in their instructions. I will not go back and I would not recommen
