Dr. Britto was kind and took his time with my first root canal. I felt my welfare and comfort were important to him.
Set up an appointment with this staff only to be called back and told they wouldn't see me. They had me flagged in their system because I walked out on a scheduled appointment. In their words, I was scheduled to see Dr. Bowden but was told Dr. Britto was available - go figure, a patient having an expectation that the person they expected to see to work on their teeth, not clean their windows or detail their car or mow their lawn, be that person when they arrive at the office. Crazy.
First time here was last month and i had a great experience! I was having a lot of pain on a root canal that I had done at another Dr. previously and Dr. Britto was able to look at the xray and see that it was infected as was another tooth behind it. He re did the root canal that day and I haven't had anymore pain since! he also worked with me on the cost since I had to have 2 root canals re done. Thank you Dr. Britto and staff!
