Dr Hermann and his staff were very caring and professional during a challenging root canal procedure. I appreciated how he explained my situation and shared what was happening along the way.

This was my first experience with a root canal, and I have only heard horrible things my whole life about them. I was immediately at ease with Dr. Hermann. He explained everything- why a root canal was necessary & every step that was going to be done in detail. He drew me a diagram & explained with x-rays. I felt like he just really loved what he did. His entire staff was friendly & kind, and there was something about the way he spoke with his assistant & to me that was so calming and reassuring throughout the process. My root canal was in a difficult spot & required two appointments to finish the job, but I can honestly say I have had much worse experiencing with fillings & cleanings than with this root canal. It was almost entirely painless- both times he numbed the area, I barely even felt the numbing shot. He's clearly very skilled at what he does, & I would recommend this place 100 times over.

I can not thank this Doctor enough! Amazing office staff as well. The office and doctor made sure to explain every step along the way. Can not explain the apperception for the doctor caring about my sons well-being. Thank you!!!
