Dr. Robert Tayler, DDS, MS

Just finished my 2nd Root Canal, both by Dr. Tayler. He and has staff have been great, which is why I went back when I needed a 2nd Root Canal. Both times Dr. Tayler's staff was able to get me in on short notice and were very kind during my unpleasant pain. I hope to not have another Root Canal, but if I do, I would not hesitate going to Dr. Tayler again.

*BEWARE- WORST ENDODONTIST* I went to Tayler on Monday, March 22, 2021 for an emergency root canal. ( I will not refer to him him Dr. as this person is not a professional) When I expressed pain with the dental dam, he commented with "oh, what now??" As if me expressing discomfort was unacceptable to him (red flag). After the root canal, that night I was in severe pain. (worse than the pain I was in before I went in) I called Tuesday morning and explained I was experiencing extreme pain and couldn't even bite down, any time that my teeth touched the pain was unbearable. They told me to come in at 11AM on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Tayler came in at 1130 and he was very abrupt with me after I told him how much pain I was in. I told him that I'd like to get additional x-rays as my mother had told me she has additional roots and I may have the same. He refused to do any xrays and with a raised voice and belittling manner, told me to not jump to conclusions. He said it had been less than 24

Went here a year ago to get a root canal redone. I mentioned that I was in pain during my procedure. Usually I need two doses of medicine, which is rough. I expressed this to Tayler, and he told me that I was just "scared" of the procedure and need further numbing. The of pain I received after this response was terrible. He became aggravated and literally LEFT for a few minutes with THE INSIDE of my tooth exposed! Completely unprofessional. I won't be getting any more procedures done here.
