I had to have an emergency root canal done. Dr. Ip was able to get me in right away. His staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Ip was great with explaining everything he was doing step by step. He has such a calming voice. I was expecting to have some pain from the procedure, but I didn’t. He called me that night to see how I was doing and his office staff called me the next day to check up on me. They truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Ip.

5 stars for the whole experience getting my root canal done by Dr Ip. Everyone in the office is very professional. Dr Ip took the time to explain everything very clearly. The charges were clearly made up front what the cost would be. If you have to have a root canal, this is the place to go.

Dr Ip is very transparent on his communications every step he makes during your visit. He is extremely thorough with his explanation of services. I highly recommend him and his beautiful, clean office. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
