Terrible terrible terrible! Stay away! Let’s start off with the front desk “receptionist” Diane, who is obviously running the whole office. She will talk down to you and overcharge you and your insurance! She charged me for co pays and fees that are unheard of. My insurance covers 100%, but she told me I have to wait for the claim to process in order for her to “refund” me back the money. Meanwhile it’s since December, and the claim has been settled for 3 months. Stay away from that office- I would not give them a penny. And Shame on Doctor Cisternas for having such terrible receptionist and not caring about his patients! He did my crown, I have sensitivity and since he already permanently fixed the crown (although I told him it’s sensitive), now I have to go to a specialist and possibly pay out of pocket. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. Shame on them for speaking to people the way they do and the terrible bedside manner.

My husband started having tooth pain and I went online searching for a good dentist and I came across Dr. Cisternas who had great reviews. I called them and they scheduled an appointment for the following day. My husband said the Dr. was a really cool guy who explained everything thoroughly. He referred my husband to an oral surgeon for the procedure he needed to get done. My husband really like Dr. Cisternas and told me that he wants him to be his dentist, so all the reviews were true. He even scheduled an appointment for a check up and cleaning and trying to get my husband to go to any doctor is difficult.
