We were on vacation in Honolulu when my son had an emergency with his braces on Christmas morning. We weren't sure what to do since everything was closed for the next two days, so I left a voicemail at Hawaii Orthodontist hoping to get a call back the next day. To our surprise, we received a call within minutes from Dr. Chang-Motooka who walked us through some temporary relief procedures over the phone and even saw us in person just an hour later to fix the problem and wouldn't accept any payments. My son was very grateful with being able to function normally again. Dr. Chang was truly professional, friendly, and made us feel welcome despite taking her time away from her family on Christmas morning. Her kindness and generosity exceeded any expectations we might have had. We highly recommend Hawaii Orthodontist and Dr. Chang for anyone in need of orthodontic care. She is a true gem!
