This review is off of a phone call alone. I had previously had difficulty finding a provider who took my insurance and could treat me in a timely manner due to being a patient at Md Anderson and needing my treatment quickly in order to prep for an upcoming major hospital stay. When I called to speak with Dr. Ott’s office after being referred by MdA and some local area trusted neighbors and friends, I was nervous bc I was previously told they did not accept my insurance. I was dreading to hear a cash only price and being pushed out a few weeks for an eval. To my surprise, Nora answered the phone and was the absolute most pleasant person I had spoken to regarding a medical appointment in a very long time (other than my amazing mda team). She was the highlight of my day and I’m not too sure ANYONE says that after calling to make a specialist appointment in the dental realm (clicks heels and throws confetti). She took a plethora of time with me and investigated what my costs might be. She

Dr Ott fit me in last minute to take care of a problem I was having with a previous root canal I had done in Alabama. Their entire staff, from Nora at the front desk to the dental assistants, was very kind and extremely professional. And Dr. Ott... well I have never been so assured that I was in good hands! He made a root canal actually pleasant! Thank you to everyone at Dr Orr’s office. I could not recommend them more highly!
