Dr. Bill was professional and his assistant explained every detail from the noises I will hear and how it may feel. I went in for a root canal and did not feel a thing and was awake the entire time, just local anesthetic. It’s later in the day and with feeling now back in my mouth I have no pain in my gums or teeth. Thank you for your great service!
The staff there is one of the best. Very kind, friendly and courteous. My doctor, Dr Williams was super nice. I’m one of those person who doesn’t like needles but the way he walked me through it was so amazing. This office is rated above the top 5 for me.
I never had a bad experience with this dental office. They provide excellent service from the front desk clerks, the dental assistants, and the doctor. Dr. Aippersbach has such a warm, kind spirit about him. He ensures that the patient fully understands and is comfortable with the procedure. I never experience any pain during a root canal with him.
