Dr. William D. McGrady, DMD Endodontic Associates of Southwest Florida

My experience was so pleasant and comfortable. I had Dr.Mcgrady perform my root canal and it was a breeze, he is very knowledgeable and calming. His assistant Julia was so sweet and professional and Kim at the front desk helped me get in right away she was amazing as well! If I ever need another procedure I’m definitely coming back here!

As mentioned in other reviews, Dr. Mc Grady's demeanor (bedside manor) is polite, calming, and reassuring. He went slow and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Like many people, I do not enjoy dental treatment, and certainly no one "looks forward" to a root canal, but Dr. McGrady is truly awesome at what he does. As for Dr. McGrady's team: Viola squeezed me in on short notice (same day) and both her and Lisa were very pleasant, courteous and, professional. This emergency appointment was scheduled at the very end of their work day and they stayed later than usual to accommodate me. Thank you Dr. McGrady, Lisa, and Viola.

I knew as soon as Dr. McGrady sat down next to me and introduced himself that I was going to like this "endondontologist"! His calm voice explaining not only what he was doing but why he was doing it. I patronize several specialists and doctors at my age and I would have to say he could very well have the best "bed side manners" of all...and I have a several that are excellent. Would I recommend him to my family? In a heartbeat I would! In fact, that was the first thing I said to my wife when I returned home yesterday. I will also compliment their office staff and dental assistant that I met. I cannot believe I am saying this after a root canal surgery but...this was a truly pleasant experience!
