I recently visited Metro Dental and was impressed by their exceptional staff and services. The team was not only professional but also friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The dental services were thorough, and the staff took the time to explain procedures, ensuring a comfortable experience. Overall, Metro Dental exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their top-notch service.

Before coming to this practice, I had received a deep cleaning within the past year. My intention was to have a basic cleaning and focus on getting the bridge I needed. However, I was told by the staff that I had to get a deep cleaning before they could provide pricing for the bridge, which seemed unnecessary. It felt like they were more interested in adding extra treatments to my bill and maximizing the use of my insurance rather than focusing on my actual needs. It's worth mentioning that the doctor was excellent, but the front desk staff seemed to prioritize financial gain over customer care. The following week, I visited a dentist nearby without mentioning my previous experience. They not only provided me with pricing for the bridge without insisting on a full deep cleaning, but also suggested deep cleaning only on the specific area where the bridge would be placed. They were not pushy and their focus was solely on my dental needs rather than maximizing their profits.

Very friendly staff! They truly do amazing work! I do feel they are a bit over priced, which I don’t mind for the expertise, friendliness and exceptional results. Great for cleanings, fillings, crowns and preventative methods. Implants are about $5,000 each and that’s with the insurance. I was able to find cheaper offers from other rebuttal dentist offices.
