Dr. Banks and his staff are excellent! They took my jaw pain concern seriously and acted quickly to assess the situation and provide options for care. I received a follow up by phone after the first visit. I have confidence in Dr. Banks and everyone at Dupont Dental.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. I recently retired and currently live in Virginia but I didn’t mind going to DC to get my dental work done. Everyone from Chris (office manager) to Sheila (hygienist) and of course Dr. Banks and his dental assistant Dianne are so wonderful. Dr. Banks takes his time explaining any issues and makes suggestions on prevention of future problems instead of pushing to get some expensive dental work. During the pandemic, I ended up seeing a dentist closer to home and I felt that they were all about making money out of me by performing and suggesting unnecessary work to be done. I highly recommend this dental office not only it is beautiful and clean and all the equipments are state of the art but it’s the warmth of everyone that made all the difference.

Dupont Dental helped us out after our regular Dentist had to step away from his practice unexpectedly. They have been wonderful and I my first experience with them getting a crown was painless and extremely well done. Very happy with our new dentist. Dr. Banks and his team deserve five stars.
