Best dentist I’ve ever had. The staff is highly competent and thorough. Teeth cleaning here is a phenomenal experience I actively look forward to every 6 months. It is hard to state just how much better the experience is than any other dentist I’ve been to.

I love the team at Durham DDS, it doesn't get any better than them. Dr. Bill is thorough and brilliant; he stays up-to-date on all advances in dentistry, and is clearly spectacular at what he does...but beyond that, he's also funny, puts you at ease, and sings like an angel. ;) I've had a lot of work done, and can assure you that you are getting the best here. The staff is FANTASTIC. Joanne is so special, and has always made me feel like family. Kristi is the best at what she does--always on top of any question or need I have. Suzi and Wendy are outstanding hygienists, and always make me feel comfy. I know I'm missing a few, but the whole team is great. You smile when you walk in and out of this office, and that's not easy at a dentist's office!

this place receptionist Darla sucks. they never answer the phone and remind me of my insurance which i’m aware of . they schedule it out 2 months in which i need to schedule in advance to take time off of work . they then consider what they call a VIP to schedule daily yet don’t have daily appointments!!! waste of time ! the doctor was fine but need better Schedulers to get the money and not waste the money as she mentioned . foh
