Dynamic Dental Smiles

This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with dental care. Originally when I walked in, the staff was friendly. I drive an hour and a half to visit this office. After receiving treatment, within 4-6 months every single filling that was done in this office was cracked or damaged. I was promised a full refund 6 months ago and now the manager has notified me that they are only refunding me for one tooth. The lack of professionalism is astounding. I would caution anyone from using this office for dental care.

Made apt weeks in advance made sure to ask if they were in network with my dental insurance, they sent multiple emails and text for me to confirm apts, then on day of apt was driving 15 hours from out of town to take a four a nap in the car to be respectful and not have to cancel apt, to then get there and be told they called me that morning to tell me my dental insurance was out of network but they would be happy to charge me the $99.00 for the out of network charge to the apt! I have never been so mad and upset with a business! I intentionally made the apt weeks in advance due to my flex spending expiring at the end of December and did not want to lose all that money, and they wait until the day of the apt to check and see if a patient is in network, when I already asked to make sure. The answer I got at the office was “the people that take the phone calls are a third party” it is still the office due diligence to check that information before the days of and inconvenience people wit
