Kris has been great and informative about what’s going on ever since my first visit. Dana, Saundra, and Diane are all lovely and amazing at what they do. Dr. Singh is the best dentist I’ve ever had.
Love the dentist! But everything else needs improvement! My appointment is at 2pm I am here at 1:45, THE DOOR IS LOCKED! Why? No sign, no explanation, just terrible customer service and business practices! Got a referral for another dentist from a friend of mine, so this will be my last time here!
From the time I was greeted buy Sherry, assisted by Jessica and serviced my Dr. Nasr my experience was Superior. Sherry took her time with me and was very patient as she helped figure out the financial aspect of my dental procedure, Jessica's giddiness and attention to detail was outstanding, she answered all my " ridiculous " questions with a smile and Dr. Nasr, I sooo love his work and his bedside manors. He keep me calm though the surgery and kept me laughing and my post op he was so gentle and explained everything to me so clear cut. And the time spent in the clinic was outstanding..I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!
