The East Village Dental Group got the job done!!! I honestly wasn’t sure if they’d be able to help me, but Dr. Kim and his team made me feel at ease and confident in my decision to visit their office. I’ve been coming here for more than 2 years. Staff is always very friendly and attentive. They always answer the million questions I have about everything (procedures, insurance, etc), and are very accommodating to whenever I have to reschedule.
The entire staff there was thorough, skilled, and friendly. I was comfortable the entire time and my teeth came out super clean! The healthcare coordinator Victoria was also really helpful when it came time to figure out payment and what future appointments might cost. She was so nice, even though I know that she was having an extremely busy day. Overall a great experience!
