We had a horrible experience! They tried to tell me my daughter had 4 cavities when in fact she only had two and would NOT let me go back with her even though we had been being verbally attacked and physically threatened by another parent in the waiting room. The staff REFUSED to do anything about it and I was told to go wait in my car while my daughter was treated. I did not, I did go just outside the door and had a smoke so I could calm down. At which point, one of the other mothers came out and talked with me and complimented me on how well I was handling this crazy parent and that I was totally in the right, and she couldn't believe the way the staff was not handling it. In retrospect, I should have walked out long before then and regret the fact that I didn't. But that coupled with the treatment I saw (and heard) other kids getting I wouldn't take my dog to that place! There were children screaming in the back, and one of the girls came out with her mouth horribly bleeding

Only reason you don’t get 5 stars is because the parent can’t go back with the child for the appointment. When the child is scared at the dentist, this is not a great situation.

Customer service was great. Small, clean office.
