I have been a patient of Dr.Rebecca & Erick Wyatt for several years… I always trusted them, so when I decided to finally get top dentures I didn’t check with other places … I went to them because as I said before I Trusted Dr Wyatt . My experience from the beginning was awful… They have a lab they use , Chair side dental : Tracy (technician ) did the work but never explained anything, she left you guessing at every appointment . It is like a nightmare … after few appointments I asked to get a print out of detailing the final product ( denture) I paid up front ( they sent me an email with pricing but not any details) the denture had a metal frame ( was very uncomfortable) . I decided to go to get second opinion from Affordable Dentures and unfortunately they had to start over : they removed abutments (wrong size) also my surgeon had to remove a painful tooth root left by Dr Wyatt ( from an extraction a few years before) I asked for a refund : they charged me full price for dentures

When I walked in for my regular six month cleaning, the doctor said “Hi John, how are you doing today?” —which was very nice to hear, very endearing. When it was discovered that my insurance co. hadn’t yet approved Eastern OK for coverage of this cleaning, they gladly offered to re-schedule me so there wouldn’t be any out-of-pocket cost to me. Very thoughtful!

Dr. Eric and Dr. Becky are amazing people! Love love love them and the entire staff! Impeccable service! Always welcoming with big smiles and great conversation catching up on what’s new and how the family is doing. A smile of pleasure will never leave your face.
