An A Team. A display of an organized functionality from start to finish is greatly appreciated. Dr. Sherman's coherence to his field of work is optimal. Though I had my headset in, I was still able to faintly hear his conversation with his assist. I love the easiness in between communication. The eb and flow between Dr. and assist are very important keys to keeping an organized environment. And it really helped me keep me cool knowing all was good. I had Root Canal / Filling / & I believe one other thing, though I can not think to the top of my head... It was his holistic, easy approach. To top - A sense of "matter of fact," intelligence. And to watch him take his time at the end of the procedure to put sureness to his work, a slight "OCD" to make sure things are lined up just right. In my entire life, I’ve never numb before teeth have always been a problem for me whenever I had a fill a root canal. I always crying never numbed it was painful difficult and other times I would have to be put to sleep this time I was numb for the 1st time in my life got to my car called my husband and told him he couldn’t believe it I was crying because I was so happy I know the numbing stuff will go away and I will be in a little bit of pain that’s OK Thank you so much to the team

I had a crown break off, i called and got an appointment right away. I was brought in immediately and Dr. Sherman was very kind, explained what had to be done. I am not a fan of dental work but Dr. Sherman removed the post without any pain. The entire office staff was friendly and I've scheduled another visit. This just may be my new dentist even though it's a long drive.
