We love Dr. Hakob because he’s nice and very cheerful and friendly, but however I CANNOT handle the wife’s customer service. He’s day and she’s NIGHT! Is it even considered customer service when it’s that bad and rude!!!! We will not be returning due to Vickie’s horrible scheduling and her lack of professionalism. She needs to let the pros do her job while she hides in the back miserably. I’ve never seen that woman smile ever, and never have Vickie ever greeted anyone of my family members with a nice… “Hello! How can I help you today? ” Such a shame that she can’t be replaced, such a shame that Dr. Hakop will loose patients over her! Such a shame she can’t get the correct training on her customer services. Vickie you have the worst customer service!!!
My two older grandchildren have gone there several times. I have been happy with the service. It helps that it is also in a convenient location. They are all very nice and the kids have been happy with their care.
