If I could give less than 1 star I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any dental/doctor’s office EVER. I had to call to finally schedule my cleaning after the office never followed up with me on multiple occasions. The dentist tells me all of these procedures I need and I tell them manager I would have appreciated a call or allowing me to schedule the appointment when I wanted to earlier that year because then I could have prevented these out of pocket costs. The manager (Zulmy is the name she gave me) has absolutely zero customer service skills and zero people skills. She argued with me in the back for an hour on how insurance works when that was never the purpose of my complaint. She spoke to me so disrespectfully, she said I’m not “comprehending/understanding/I need to be an adult and schedule my own appointments.” She proceeded to tell me how much of an adult she is because she’s older. And continued to use a condescending tone with me the entire time because I was not backin

The Manager (Zulmy) is the the most unprofessional person I've ever experienced in my life, it's sad that people like this exist in the world, let alone customer service. She claims she is an "adult" because in her own words she is "37 years old." But this 37 year old "manager" acts like a child, even more immature than my 11 year old son. She has anger issues and feels comfortable and entitled to yell at patients in front of others. She takes pride in embarrassing patients and belittling them about payments and insurance. It's disgusting and I'm ashamed I ever gave my time and day to this place. Please do not go here, Zulmy (the "manager") will ruin your entire experience and will make you question of the values of this dentist office.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this office to anyone for ANYTHING. They are SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. One person will tell you something and then someone else will tell you something COMPLETELY different. The admin at this office is just god AWFUL. They don't know HIPAA laws and claim they do just so they don't have to do actual work and get you the care you need. Consider yourself warned!!!!!! The only reason I have to continue care is my son has braces for a couple more months.
