Elements Dental Spa - Baton Rouge Dentist & Aesthetics Spa

When I first walked in Elements Dental Spa I did not feel like I was at a dentist office. It smelled lovely, super clean, and just aesthetically pleasing! I have never been to a dentist office like this. I immediately wasn’t nervous about being at the dentist anymore either. The staff were all so friendly and smiling. Dr. Luong knows her stuff and makes you feel very comfortable with whatever you’re trying to achieve or need done to you mouth. They also have a great discount program for clients who don’t have dental insurance!

My experience at Elements Dental Spa was nothing like I have ever experienced at any dental office before unfortunately. While they are also an aesthetic spa, my entire new patient dental visit felt like a sales experience rather than a hygiene cleaning. While I was there, not only did 3 different people press me multiple times to buy a $200 at home kit but my “cleaning” only was a painful scaling! No toothpaste, fluoride or actual cleaning of my teeth! This felt nothing like professionals who actually cared about my teeth but instead employees trying to hit a sales goal. As someone who works in sales, I will not be returning and was very disappointed in my visit. I was searching for a new dentist office to call home since moving to Baton Rouge for college but elements it’s not the office for me. Beautifully done establishment which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 but they need service improvements.

I’m usually not up for going to the dentist because I have had multiple bad experiences but this place is definitely top notch and I have been here multiple times now and no problems or pain at all. They are also so clean and everyone is so nice, definitely recommend
