The staff at Elliot Bay is so amazing. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years due to covid and mental health issues so I had a lot of dental work that needed to be addressed. I was in tears when I realized the extent of the work needed to be done, but the dentist was so unbelievably empathetic and reassured me they would help me handle all of it and explained to me everything he was doing every step of the way to ease my anxiety. I’ve never had such genuine care, professionalism and compassion from a dental care team, I wish my childhood dentist was as amazing as they are because if they were I would never have had any anxiety around dental visits. I have and will continue to recommend Elliot Bay Dental to everyone! I am so thankful for them and cannot recommend them enough.

I went in today because of a chipped tooth and like many going to the dentist, I felt a lot of anxiety. But my experience from checking in, to being treated was amazing! Dr. John Kim was comforting, informative, and really excellent in my treatment. His assistant Jacky was so kind and patient with me. She really calmed my nerves! The facility was very clean and very modern. 10/10. I even scheduled a cleaning on the way out.
