Nick truly gave me the most thorough teeth cleaning and check-up ever. Including using new technology like a laser to kill bacteria and high pressure water with stool that vibrates to loosen the plaque. Even used a special camera to screen for cancer. I ended with a fluoride treatment. I can not wait to go again in 6 months.
I’m not sure, I think the assistant was Mary, and Mike was doing the in mouth work. They were FANTASTIC!!! No pain, no fuss, just a marvelous team!! Elmwood Dental has a fantastic pair with these two. I will tell anyone I know that needs crown work to ask for them to do the work.
My cleaning was awesome, Holly did a great job. She and Dr Comfort we're lovely. However when you get a new insurance it's the receptionists responsibility to tell you that you're going to have to pay out of pocket up front rather than waiting at the end of your appt. Maybe when I gave you the new insurance or when I checked in would've been an appropriate time. The receptionist that was happy to bill and just shrugged her shoulders when I was surprised, not so lovely.
