I am very pleased with the expert dental care provided to me by Dr. Bozeman and the other members of his highly professional team at the Embassy Dental office in Brentwood, Tennessee. My spouse and I have been patients at Embassy Dental for the past seven years, and we have been highly satisfied with the dental care we have received. We highly recommend Embassy Dental to anyone seeking dental care.

Our family was so pleased with Dr. Bozeman, his assistant Naveen, and our hygienist, Mark. The office staff was helpful and even worked my son in though they were short-staffed before his Christmas break was over. Very thorough and explained all options and procedures well.

Below is the explanation of my experience - I visited the brentwood location on June 6, 2023 to meet with Dr. Wright Terry and after a huge waiting time of 60 minutes i got to see him. He looked briefly at my X-ray taken from previous visit and was pushing me to get my wisdom tooth removed on the same day. When i enquired more details he was rude, impatient, unknowledgeable and very unprofessional. He gruntingly asked his assistant to 'Get him outta here and stop wasting my time!' When I confronted your manager Katelyn Carter about this incident, she too played along with the doctor by not making him apologize and not willing to talk to the doctor stating he is already looking at a different patient. After one week I still did not get any explanation from your staff and the doctor who should have apologized. Is this the kind of standard you people maintain even in the prime area of the city.
