They're the nicest people I believe I ever met. I had an emergency the day after I first visit them and they got me ran right away. You can't get any better than that. This is the place to go. I will refer all my family and friends to go there so should you.
The whole staff is amazing. The doctor was able to tell me exactly what was going on with my back tooth. Provided the treatment plan. Numb my mouth very good, cleaned the tooth and the assistance filled it. Did not have much pain at all. I will definitely be coming back with my family for all services. Embassy Dental @Donelson location Rocks!!!!
I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks now and they haven’t even returned my call. I’m requesting the 100 X-rays they took and taking my business somewhere else. I’m also going to report them to the BBB and Dentistry Association. It is unethical to treat people who are looking for help the way they do. What oath did you promise? Most unprofessional practice I have ever seen! 0 star if I could.
