This was for an Emergency dental visit. I have severe dental anxiety (terrified of going to the dentist) they made me feel 100% comfortable. Explaining everything they would be doing, how it would feel and what it would sound like. Letting me know they worked on my time and if I needed a break of any kind that was ok with them. If I need any more dental work done I will be coming here for sure. Best experience I have had at a dentist office in 17 years.
Amazing!! It had been a minute since I had been able to go to the dentist and I was a little worried. Joanna cleaned my teeth and I had no pain! Best conversation I have had in a while, too. My doctor was nice and a Taylor Swift fan! Felt right at home. 10/10 experience!
Staff was wonderful, quick to respond to my emergent condition. Prompt diagnosis and treatment plan details clearly provided. Great aesthetic patient environment, clean, professional. Second to none! I live in northern Kentucky but will be moving my future treatment to Embrace Dental Care!
