Dr Parker and his staff are simply amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, wonderful approach with his patients and always helped my daughter understand the importance of her role towards a beautiful smile. She recently completed her course of care at his office, braces have been removed and her teeth look amazing! She has received a lot of compliments and we are all very happy with the team. We've had only positive experiences with Dr. Parker and his staff. Without exception, everyone in the office is kind, accommodating, competent and helpful. They friendly and gentle with children, especially, and try their best to make kids feel comfortable. These past few months during the COVID-19 pandemic, we've had two virtual visits with Dr. Parker. I appreciate being able to continue our orthodontic care without interruption, but without office visits. The virtual visits have been seamless -- we sent photos to Dr. Parker ahead of time, and he sends us a link to our virtual visit. We really appreciate the office's flexibility right now and that they're making patient care and safety their top priority.
