Horrible! Cheats they are. They charge you a lot upfront on credit card and run only selective services with insurance and use creative accounting and by claiming the in-network insurance paid less than wanted(!!) to get to show that they owe you 0 refund. First time ever, I saw an Explanation of benefits with patients responsibilty not honored by "in-network: Provider. Unbelievable!. Do not pay upfront anything to them and also check your explanation of benefits as they won't even try to claim some services via insurance and pass it you!

Absolutely wonderful (for a root canal treatment?!!) Thanks for getting my ma out of excruciating pain so gently and kindly after two nights of not sleeping. Alma in the front office was very nice and helped us to get all the forms in. We cannot recommend Dr. Rezai and this office enough!

Love this place! All the employees are fun, beyond helpful, don’t talk in medical jargon, give follow up calls to check in on patients, have a nice tea selection and ensure everyone feels super comfortable...just until they drill your tooth down to a little nub and then fill it :) Calling this the best #endospa in SF!
