Endodontic Arts of San Francisco

Dr. Vlad Shuster had seen me about ten years ago and I decided to come back so he could do a root canal on my tooth. Due to flooding in the area due to heavy rain, I was able to make it to the appointment ten minutes behind (I respectfully called the office to let them know I was running a few minutes late and the receptionist said ok). As I arrive , the receptionist greeted me and they took me in for the appointment. I had booked the appointment at least one month prior and had clearly explained that I was already diagnosed by another dentist that I needed a root and needed extra time to come and get the root canal done on the same day. The receptionist promised me over the phone that Dr. Shuster was going to perform everything on the same day. I have been suffering with terrible root canal pain for the past month and was looking forward to the appointment. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Exceptional customer service, and the doctor is fantastic. I just had a root canal done and had ZERO pain and ZERO discomfort!! This is how a dentist experience should be like!! Would definitely go to them again.
