Who knew having a root canal could actually be pleasant?!? I’m a former dental hygienist, and in my opinion, it was a great experience at Endodontic Associates from start to finish. Their wonderful, caring staff got me into their beautiful, immaculate office in Cool Springs on the same day I asked for an appointment. With three locations and multiple endodontists they can quickly respond to their patients’ needs. Dr. Mark Freeland did a fabulous job of providing full anesthesia, so I just relaxed and enjoyed not having my tooth hurt anymore while he and his assistant of 26 years expertly and efficiently got the job done with absolutely no pain. The 3 D X-ray machine even plays Beethoven’s Fur Elise for your entertainment as it revolves around your head. I am not making this up. When it was time to leave, I was given ibuprofen and a water bottle for the drive home, and could choose from multiple payment options, two with discounts, to settle their very fair and reasonably priced bill.

I have anxiety on seeing a dentist but the whole team made me feel comfortable ( from reception to dental staff) and assured me that everything will be fine. Turns out it did!! Dr Carr is an amazing dentist !! He is warm, very professional and highly expert in his field. Would highly recommend !!

The entire experience, from check in to check out, was positive. The Dental Assistant and the doctor were professional but also warm and caring. They explained each step before it occurred. I would highly recommend the practice.
