Had a recent root extraction, May 2023 (not my first rodeo) Felt sone discomfort over the weekend, assumed it’s going to be tender. However Sunday I woke up in excruciating pain. After hours services took care of me. Called the office Monday morning to see if I can be seen. To follow up on the pain because I’m still having pain and like to ensure there’s nothing else major going on. The lady I spoke to kept telling me this is normal to have pain like this. I can barely eat, open my mouth, let along brush my teeth. Asked again for an appointment. She kept telling me they’re script , so it’s ok to be in discomfort for 3 days and not be able to be seen to follow up on any issues that may occur. Asked to be seen again and kept asking is the pain on your gums, told her I’ve been on the medication and there’s a throbbing pain, told her I’m want to be seen she kept going in about my procedure how intense it was. I don’t have the energy arguing, im nauseous as I write this. Told her I’m see

This is a great office! Everyone was amazing and made me feel like I was the #1 patient. I would refer friends and family to this practice.

I have dental trauma and they made me feel so at home I will never go to another endodontist!
