Endodontic Associates

This by far has been the worst we’ve been treated! So supposedly we were scheduled as soon as there was an available spot. We got there half an hour early to check in and half an hour after our scheduled appointment we were still waiting. No consideration for our time, an hour just waiting did anybody bother to ask if we were good or that the specialist was almost ready nope! I sure did get dirty looks because my son was playing around and the lady did like it. She was rude when I told her to cancel the appointment because they were taking too long and she said oh well I got you scheduled same day. She didn’t care for our time or the situation and she shouldn’t be working in customer service because she doesn’t know how to treat people with respect and was just complaining for doing her job! Do not go here unless you have all the time in the world and don’t mind being disrespected!

Had an emergency root canal today- I was only going to be in SLC for a few days. Staff and doctor were great. I hate dental procedures and figured this was going to be a horrible experience. It was great. Professional and considerate. I am hoping I don't run into any issues but I feel like it will all be good given the time they took with me. Would recommend.

My doctor was amazing and helpful, but Nicole at the front desk is just down right rude and unfit for the job. I called to pay my balance and she couldn't do that even after multiple calls. I'm not paying this bill until some one from the management reaches out to me on this.
